The Municipal Children's Complex "Dr. Dimitar Pangelov" – Dve Mogili has existed since 1973 as a center for supporting the extracurricular activities of children and students. For the 2009/2010 school year 36 study groups are registered in the center with one director, three permanently appointed directors of the groups and one regular teacher. allocated to workshops on freelance workshop managers. With remarkable work and many awards stand out: Children's Dance Ensemble "Ralichki", Children's Vocal Studio "Casey", "Yildaz, Table Tennis Club, Math Study Group in the elementary school and others. Both dance ensembles and the club have a lot of trips abroad: to Austria, Poland, Romania, Moldova, Turkey, Georgia, Serbia, Macedonia, etc.
     For seven consecutive years the Municipal Children's Complex hosts the International Children's Folklore Festival "With the folklore of the past - together in the future". Guests of the festival this year were children groups from Romania, Moldova and Macedonia.
