Inquiry for measuring the gratification of the consumers of administrative services in Dve mogili Municipality

The public attitudes and expectations of the citizens and business to the municipal administration for the administrative service and the necessity of improving the business environment impose new rethinking of the policy at this area. The municipal administration doesn’t function for itself but for the citizen by providing qualitative administrative service by keeping the legally defined standards and removing the corruption maximally. Based on the good European practices, the administration sets as a key moment in its actions the gratification of the consumers of the service.

The actions for measuring the gratification of the consumers of administrative services are guided by the following objectives:

  • The main objective of the municipal administration is to improve the access to administrative services and to increase their quality
  • To facilitate the citizens and the legal entities when receiving information for the types of administrative services, for the necessary applications and statutory deadlines
  • To provide the citizen qualified professional consultation for the obligatory number of documents, which provide the fulfillment of every administrative service
  • Input of mechanisms for reliable connection from the client and extracting the good things from the comments
  • To increase the quality of the end product of the administrative services
  • Making, measuring and publishing the evaluation for the gratification of the clients
